**Terms & Conditions**
By scheduling or authorizing services with Kats Auto Spa LLC, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

**General Service Terms**
**Vehicle Condition**
Customers are responsible for informing Kats Auto Spa LLC of any pre-existing damage, repainting, aftermarket parts, electrical issues, fragile trim, or prior installations before services begin.
Kats Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for:
* Pre-existing damage
* Loose or damaged trim
* Failing clear coat or paint
* Weak batteries or electrical systems
* Malfunctioning window regulators
* Previously damaged tint, vinyl, or coatings
**Personal Belongings**
Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, firearms, cash, and sensitive items from the vehicle prior to service. Kats Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
**Scheduling & Deposits**
A deposit may be required to secure appointments for detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, tinting, or wrap services. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.
**Weather & Environmental Conditions**
Certain services may require rescheduling due to weather, temperature, humidity, or environmental conditions that could affect service quality.
**Service Times**
Estimated completion times are not guaranteed. Additional correction, contamination removal, curing time, or unforeseen conditions may extend completion times.

**Auto Detailing Terms**
**Interior Detailing**
While we use professional cleaning products and procedures, some stains, odors, pet hair, sand, mold, or biological contamination may not be fully removable.
Additional charges may apply for:
* Excessive pet hair
* Biohazards
* Mold or mildew
* Vomit or bodily fluids
* Excessive trash or debris
**Exterior Detailing**
Some paint defects, scratches, rock chips, water spots, oxidation, or etching may remain after detailing services.
Kats Auto Spa LLC does not guarantee scratch-free or defect-free results unless specifically stated in writing.

**Results Disclaimer**
Paint correction significantly improves paint appearance but cannot guarantee complete defect removal.
Some defects may be too deep to safely remove, including:
* Deep scratches
* Rock chips
* Paint failure
* Etching

**Paint Thickness & Safety**
Kats Auto Spa LLC reserves the right to limit correction levels to preserve paint integrity and avoid unnecessary clear coat removal.
**Repainted Panels**
Repainted or body shop panels may react differently during polishing or correction. Kats Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for failure of improperly repainted surfaces.

**Coating Performance**
Ceramic coatings help protect vehicle surfaces from contaminants, UV rays, and environmental exposure but do not make the vehicle scratch-proof or damage-proof.
**Maintenance Requirements**
Proper maintenance is required to maximize coating performance and longevity, including:
* Hand washing only when possible
* Avoiding automatic brush car washes
* Following recommended maintenance schedules
Failure to properly maintain the coating may reduce durability and performance.
**Cure Time**
Customers must follow all aftercare instructions, including avoiding water exposure during the initial curing period.

**Tint Compliance**
Customers are responsible for ensuring requested tint percentages comply with state and local laws. Kats Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for tickets, citations, or inspection failures related to tint darkness.
**Drying Period**
Window tint requires curing time. Customers agree:
* Not to roll windows down for the recommended period
* Some haziness, moisture, or distortion is normal during curing
**Electronics & Defrosters**
Kats Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for pre-existing issues involving:
* Rear defrosters
* Antennas
* Electronics embedded in glass
* Weak or failing window motors
**Contamination**
Minor dust particles or imperfections may exist due to the nature of film installation and industry standards.

**Paint Protection Film (PPF) Terms**
**Surface Preparation**
Paint Protection Film is designed to be installed on properly cured and stable paint surfaces. Customers must disclose any repainting, body work, touch-up paint, or existing paint defects prior to installation.
Kats Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for issues resulting from:
* Repainted panels
* Weak or failing paint
* Improper body shop repairs
* Existing chips, scratches, or clear coat failure
**Film Installation**
Due to the nature of PPF installation, minor moisture, haziness, or installation marks may be temporarily visible during the curing process.
Edges, seams, and relief cuts may be visible depending on:
* Vehicle design
* Panel shape
* Installation method
* Coverage package selected
**Cure Time & Aftercare**
Customers agree to follow all aftercare instructions, including:
* No washing for the recommended curing period
* Avoiding pressure washing near edges
* Avoiding picking or rubbing film edges
* Allowing full cure time before applying additional products
**Film Longevity**
PPF longevity depends on maintenance, environmental exposure, driving conditions, and proper care. Damage caused by road debris, accidents, neglect, chemicals, automatic car washes, or improper maintenance is not covered under workmanship warranty.
**Film Removal**
While Paint Protection Film is designed for safe removal, Kats Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for paint lifting, peeling, or damage during removal on:
* Repainted surfaces
* Poorly bonded paint
* Previously repaired panels
* Aged or deteriorated paint
**Warranty Disclaimer**
Manufacturer warranties apply only to the film product itself and are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions. Kats Auto Spa LLC workmanship warranty does not cover:
* Rock chip impact damage
* Neglect or abuse
* Environmental contamination
* Improper maintenance
* Accidents or vandalism
Kats Auto Spa LLC reserves the right to inspect the vehicle before approving any warranty-related concerns.
**Vehicle Wrap Terms**
**Wrap Lifespan**
Wrap longevity depends on maintenance, weather exposure, storage conditions, and driving habits.
**Paint Condition**
Vehicle wraps adhere best to factory paint in good condition. Kats Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for paint lifting, peeling, or damage caused by:
* Poor repaint work
* Failing clear coat
* Weak paint adhesion
* Existing paint damage
**Removal**
Wrap removal on older, damaged, or repainted surfaces may result in paint lifting or adhesive residue. Kats Auto Spa LLC is not liable for damage caused by unstable paint conditions.
